9. Application Procedure

Your application must include your full name, signature, Turkish ID number (or nationality and passport number for foreign nationals), address for notification purposes, email address and telephone number, if available, and the subject of your request.
Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest. Applications are generally free of charge. However, if the processing requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
If your application is rejected, you find the response insufficient, or you do not receive a response within the prescribed period, you retain the right to file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
