Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

We build your annual budget and keep track of it. See variances month by month, and know your year-end in October rather than February.

A Budget Should Not Sit in a Folder

In many companies the budget is prepared at the start of the year, presented once, and then filed away. Because it is never compared against actuals, it takes months to notice when things are not going to plan. By that point it is usually too late to correct course.

We keep the budget alive. Every month actuals are compared against plan, the reason for each variance is documented, and the year-end forecast is updated. That way you hear bad news while you can still act on it, not after the year has closed.

WHAT WE DO
01

Annual Budget Preparation

Planning revenue, cost, investment, and cash items at department level.

02

Budget vs. Actual Analysis

Calculating the monthly gap between plan and actual, and documenting the reason behind it.

03

Year-End Forecasting

Periodic updates to the year-end outlook based on actual performance.

04

Scenario Modelling

Alternative plans built on optimistic, base-case, and pessimistic assumptions.

05

Departmental Targets

Trackable numerical targets for sales, production, and operations teams.

06

Capital Expenditure Tracking

Monitoring approval, realisation, and return on planned investment spend.

WHO IT'S FOR

Companies That Budget but Cannot Track It

Businesses that prepare a plan in January but never compare it against actuals during the year.

Turkish Offices Reporting to Headquarters

Local entities required to submit budgets and forecasts to group in a defined format.

Growing Businesses That Need Cash Planning

Companies that want to see the cash and profitability impact of growth decisions in advance.

HOW WE WORK
01

Historical Data Review

We examine recent actuals to identify recurring items and seasonality.

02

Setting the Assumptions

We agree growth, cost, and collection assumptions together. The budget rests on your assumptions.

03

Building the Model

We build a departmental, monthly, and updatable model.

04

Monthly Review

After each close we share a variance report and a refreshed year-end forecast.

What Tools Do We Use?

We build the model around wherever your data lives. It can feed directly from your ERP system, or we can set up an Excel-based structure that is updated manually. The point is that the report is produced from the same source, in the same way, every month.

Let's Map Out This Year Together

We will review your current plan, where it is drifting, and how your year-end is likely to look.
